Yesterday's spotlight was on a record on the "Hi" label. (see post below) Hi was one of the Memphis labels that had a distinctive sound that made a great contribution to rock and roll. When you think of Memphis, Sun Records is usually the first to come to mind, but there was Hi, Stax, and others. I found an interesting sight about Hi Records. Take a look and don't miss the juke box to play a few of the hits.
